Feb 1st.  Noticed wind speed was not starting in light winds. 
Sensor was lubricated and now operational.  Sensor to be replaced late Feb.

Wind sensor replaced 4/3/08.

Installed at GSARI on May 20, 2004
Rainfall from January 1 to May 20, 2004 was patched from manual records 
at the research station to display a complete annual record.
The site location difference is approximately 300m.
